Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Northwell Provisions Inc. (“Northwell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with the website pizzalolo.online and our coordination services for group dining and related events. We are a British Columbia company and we handle personal information in a manner consistent with Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as interpreted by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and applicable provincial requirements where they substantially mirror PIPEDA.

Introduction

We provide an independent coordination service: we help organizations plan, communicate, and execute food-service arrangements with third-party vendors. We are not a restaurant operator, and we do not control the privacy practices of vendors or delivery partners. This Policy applies only to information we process as an organization. When you interact directly with a vendor, that party’s own notices and contracts may also apply.

By submitting information through our website, email, telephone, or other channels we make available, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with how we process personal information, please do not provide it; however, certain services may not be available without the minimum details needed to coordinate an order.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is material, provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, by email to the address we have on file or a prominent notice on our site).

Information We Collect

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to establish and manage our relationship with you or your organization. Categories commonly include:

We obtain information directly from you, from individuals you authorize to act on your behalf, and occasionally from vendors when they confirm production capacity or delivery constraints. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects solely based on profiling.

How We Use Information

We use personal information for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including:

We limit collection to what we need for these purposes and retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill them, subject to statutory limitation periods and your reasonable expectations.

Data Sharing

We disclose personal information to third parties only when doing so is integral to coordination or otherwise permitted by law. Typical recipients include food-service vendors, couriers or logistics providers, and payment processors when you authorize a transaction. We contractually expect service providers to use information solely to perform services for us and to implement reasonable safeguards.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent marketing lists. We may disclose information if required by court order, lawful government demand, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Northwell, our clients, or the public, where permitted under PIPEDA.

If Northwell undergoes a corporate transaction such as a merger or asset sale, personal information may transfer to a successor that agrees to honor commitments consistent with this Policy or provides notice of changes.

Data Security

We protect personal information using safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. Measures include transport-layer encryption for data transmitted over the public internet where technically supported, access controls that restrict staff to information needed for their role, authentication requirements for systems that store client records, and periodic review of our practices as our operations evolve.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If you become aware of unauthorized access involving information you provided to us, please contact us promptly using the details below so we can investigate and, where appropriate, notify regulators or affected individuals as required by law.

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to challenge its accuracy and completeness. Subject to limited exceptions (for example, information subject to solicitor–client privilege or disclosure that would reveal confidential commercial information), we will provide a copy or summary within a reasonable time and explain how we have used it.

You may request correction of inaccurate information or, in appropriate circumstances, deletion of information that is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected. We may retain certain records where law requires. If we refuse a request, we will explain the reason and inform you of applicable complaint mechanisms.

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@northwellprovisions.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe we have not handled your information in accordance with PIPEDA.
